The aim of Center “Bind” is to regulate, by way of its working, various aspects of social life in Albania. Its focus will be on those areas which enhance the welfare of the citizens as well as their cultural level, contributing to the positive image of our country, too. Through various partnerships in different areas, “Bind” will implement projects and organize activities that will contribute to the realization of its final goal.
This center, through cultural activities, will bring together artists and their creations in various artistic fields such as music, film, visual arts, literature with other fellow citizens. Such a thing will increase the understanding of art to the public and will support the young artists and those with experience. The combination of several projects from different disciplines, create a synergy that brings greater results and positive feedback.

Other forms of work of “Bind” center will be closely linked to the environment and tourism, seeing these areas very related to each other. Environment care provides welfare for the citizens and tourism provides welfare across the state.

Raising awareness in the above areas will be achieved, inter alia, through messages channeled through art, as the most powerful form of awareness.
The subject of “Bind” center is the cooperation with various sectors such as the private sector, civil society and the state. The cooperation with foreign partners to boost Albania’s image in the world and help the climate in the region through various collaborations, is also intended. “Bind” aims to increase progressively its goals, after every achievement by her part.
